Gym. Started out with some leg training that I've been putting of starting to do.

Hip Abductor 30lb 3x15 (easy)
Hip Adductor 30 lb 3x16 (easy)
Leg extension 45 lb 1x15 (one leg at a time - a bit heavy)
35 lb 2x15
Sitting Leg Curl 45 lb 3x15 (one leg at a time)
(an akward piece of machinery)
Leg Curl 30lb 1x15 (both legs)
20lb 2x15 (each leg)

Treadmill Run
4.0 mph
0.67 mile 10 min
0.5 mile 7.5 min
